Mindfulness- Based Approaches

I  have a particular interest in how to embed mindfulness into  business settings and have published papers about the subject while pursuing at the moment a research degree in mindfulness-based approaches at the department of psychology of Bangor University, North Wales.

I also teach the M5 leadership model, a hybrid of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) to college students and private audiences, and apply its principles to teams and organizations.

I am committed to bring mindfulness to the different sections of the Lebanese society - individuals, teams, and organizations to promote peace,  engagement, sustainable livelihood, happiness and appreciation within ourselves and with others.

I follow the Good Practice Guidelines for teaching mindfulness and am committed to daily practice, regular retreats and ongoing personal development.
