I have a particular interest in embedding mindfulness in schools, colleges and organizations in Lebanon and have been working with different bodies to develop mindfulness teachers. I have published papers about the subject.
I also teach the M5 leadership model, a hybrid of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) to college students and private audiences, and apply its principles to teams and organizations.
I am committed to bringing mindfulness to the different sections of the Lebanese society - individuals, teams, and organizations to promote peace, engagement, sustainable livelihood, happiness and appreciation within ourselves and with others.
I follow the Good Practice Guidelines for teaching mindfulness and am committed to daily practice, regular retreats and ongoing personal development.
