Mindfulness at Work - Leader, Team, Organization

How do some executives get things done successfully and meaningfully while renewing their energies and averting destructive stress? Research has shown that the foundation for all successful activity starts with the executive mind itself- the level of presence, clarity of mind, capacity to focus, emotional regulation, propensity for action, and resilience- all integrated within the framework of mindful leadership.

Participants will learn the importance of exploring new ways of managing themselves and teams, their tasks, and relationships, to see the world in new and different ways and to respond to challenges more effectively. Through mindfulness training, students will cultivate avenues for more sensitivity and focus that allows them to live all aspects of their lives with a greater sense of skill, connection, openness, and balance.
