1 Notice the activity you are engaged in. Is it automatic? Is it necessary or needed? Can you disengage from it ? Or can you notice it with curiosity?
2 Catch your judging mind. Is it judging others, a situation, or yourself? Can you generate acceptance to what is unfolding in your experience, focusing instead on understanding better rather than reacting?
3 Feel more. Can you notice your over-reliance on concepts and thoughts rather than on the experience of feeling in the body?
4 Savor your sensory experiences. Are they sharp enough? Can you widen the field of attention? Can you bring more freshness and a new perceiving?
5 Move from self- to other-orientation. Can you move from a self-centered perspective to a more experience- and other-centered orientation?
